In 1927 Walt Disney has thought up the new character for cartoon films - a cheerful little mouse of Mortimera, future Mikki of the Mouse. The first film about Mikki of the Mouse was called "the Prompt plane", and left on screens in 1928. So Mikki the Mouse which was sounded by Disney was born. The first colour film with Mikki the Mouse was called "Concert". Disney's studio during the same time has received the contract of the government of the USA on production of educational films. These films and are shown today by US State department in many countries of the world.
