Necessity of sports: Sports have their great utility.

- Sports are the sources of recreation. They provide relief and a sense relaxation in a life of monotony of routine marked by miseries, hardships and hurdles.
- They instill or infuse a sportive spirit to take up the heavy burden of life in a lighter vein and not to think of life either as a tragedy or a comedy but as the ordinary business of living.
- It is very essential to maintain health and physical fitness.
- It encourages the growth of team-spirit.
- Sports and games bring about various methods of diversions.

составь на русском простые предложения. Ну как-то так: 1. Старая поговорка гласит : Движение - это жизнь. 2.Спорт активизирует работу внутренних органов, что обеспечивает человеку высокую работоспособность и дает ему прилив бодрости. 3. Основными качествами, характеризующими физическое развитие человека, являются сила, быстрота, ловкость, гибкость и выносливость. 4.Спорт - развивает эти характеристики.

The main qualities characterizing physical development of the person are force, speed, dexterity, flexibility and endurance. Sport - develops these characteristics.

Послушай совет. Составь так, как сможешь. Если ты спишешь, ты так ничему и не на учишься . Для начала попробуй составить текст на Русском языке, а потом пытайся перевести на английский (естественно не с помощью переводчика).
