Ваш процессор либо не поддерживает набор инструкций SSE2, либо неверно настроены параметры вашей материнской платы (необходимо сбросить CMOS SETUP через БИОС, можно вытащить на 10 минут батарейку из материнки и вставить потом обратно) . Если не поможет, то используйте альтернативные решения, например если вы собираетесь просто снимать рабочий стол, то достаточно использовать программу "Recordzilla" или FastStone Capture, обе программы можете найти на сайте http://rutracker.org/ А для игр можно тоже рекордзилой пользоваться, или можно еще через Камтазию Студио.
