The title of this paper is “Cyprus second grade”. The main aim of this paper is to justify the fact that Cyprus should not have been included in the EU. The reasons for this are the weak economy and big tax breaks. As the result is a disaster for the poor people who were kept in the savings banks. The way out is the separation of banks: the restructuring of some banks and bankruptcy of other banks, the introduction of such a tax in Cyprus as in the EU.

The way out is the reshuffling of banks: the restructuring of some of them and bankruptcy of others, and introduction in Cyprus of the same taxes as in the EU.
