How do you understand the following quotation

I cannot agree with this idea about globalization, because I am against this phenomena myself! I am sure national culture is something real. No one has the rights to assimilate the habits, peculiarities, LIFE of different peoples and nations! Only untalented and uncultured person would like to Be under some 'chief', live in imperia! Imperias were destroyed and broken, but these bloody politicians are eager to make great amount of people, calling them biomass, into new slavery with 'politically correct' name!
