Не могу установить лицуху Transformers fall of cydertron

Купил игру в магазине При установке пишетsteam is already running on this computer and must be closed in order to continue installation. Click on the Steam icon in your notification tray to exit Steam and them run this installer again.Нажимау ОК и выдаёт Steam was interrupted before your new software was fully installed. You can rerun this installation an another time to complete the setup of this software.Что делать помогите!
