1)Have a healthy sleep
Dream - food for the brain and to feel good, you should sleep at least 8 hours a day. If this is not done, you will feel tired. When lack of sleep caused by insomnia, fatigue can turn into chronic fatigue.
2)Healthy eating
A person must be a sufficient number of useful and various food. Together with domestic food the person gets the vitamins and nutrients that are needed for growth and development.
The food should be well balanced. Without a diet that is needed for you(don't know how to properly write), you gain weight, or Vice versa, do not get enough calories.
3) A
Fitness an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. Small exercises will help you to keep the body in shape. But if you decide to do the exercises, then do them every day. It is very easy to become lazy.
