The definitions “entrepreneur” and “manager” have got the the similar meanings, because both of them includes management activity. But there are also difference between these definitions. The entrepreneur have to make decisions quickly and without assistance, see new possibilities and be able to act quickly in a high degree of uncertainty and often – to take risks. While the manager have to manage resources efficiently, take the reasonable decisions, develop existing processes.

Definitions OF “entrepreneur” and “manager” HAVE similar meanings, because both of them INCLUDE management activity. But there are also DIFFERENCES (or there IS also A difference) between THOSE definitions. AN entrepreneur HAS to make decisions quickly and without assistance, TO see (NOT see - recognize, spot) new possibilities and TO be able to act quickly UNDER a high degree of uncertainty and to take risks OFTEN. ON THE OTHER HAND, A manager HAS to manage resources efficiently, MAKE (нету здесь артикля) reasonable decisions, AND develop existing processes.

Ну меня только 1е предложение смущает: the common and the difference. Чтой-то мне энтот the common не по душе. Я бы использовал слово the similarity
