Но вообще, действительно, лучше взять Radeon HD 4870.

К стате видеокарта по всем тестам очень плохая, не смотря на 2 ГП, частоты мелковатые, многие игры эту карту не любят. К всему этому геморрой с дровами, сильно греется. К стате в тесте игры Call Of Duty 4 по выдаче ФПС проиграл даже 9800 GT.
Ну а блок питание от 550 watt.

дешевле две видухи для кроссфайра купить, конечно если материнка позволяет
блок ватт 600 брать надо, чтоб и на жестяк еще один хватило, на процессор и на разгон
