разницы в производительности особо не заметишь (меньшее число ROP и текстурных блоков у 430, компенсируется более высокой частотой ядра) , единственное в 430 есть поддержка DX11, а у 340 только DX10.

забей на DX11, если брать то 450 или 5750 минимум
