5. Секретарю продиктовали письмо по телефону. - The secretary was dictated a\the letter by\over the phone.- The letter was dictated to her over\by the phone.
6. Мне лишь упомянули об этом инциденте. - I was\ just mentioned (have been mentioned) about this accident. - This accident was just mentioned (has just been mentioned) to me.

Это все на пассив. По типу "I've been told" - мне сказали, "We were told" - нам сказали.
