Эти выражения (here you are/ Here it is) сами по себе эквивалентны фразе "Вот, пожалуйста". Поэтому, слово please просто не нужно.

Эти выражения (here you are/ Here it is) сами по себе эквивалентны фразе "Вот, пожалуйста". Поэтому, слово please просто не нужно.

Я напечатаю его К концу рабочего дня. - Future Perfect без вариантов (I will have typed it by the end of the workday.) , так как действие завершится не просто в будущем а к определённому моменту, предлог by является как раз-таки МАРКЕРОМ перфектных времён. У автора первого ответа стоит Future Simple.

То же самое с предложением - Новый завод будет построен к началу будущего года. Правильно в Future Perfect: A new plant will have been built by the beginning of the next year. (предлог BY!)

We haven't seen them since we graduated from the university. - вот правильно. Present Perfect обозначает действие, которое началось в ПРОШЛОМ, длилось в течение некоторого времени вплоть до настоящего момента (включая или исключая его). Так вот "с окончания университета" и является той отправной точкой в ПРОШЛОМ, с которой действие длилось. Другими словами после since всегда идёт Past Simple.
4) До возвращения в Москву они работали в Москве.
Я предложеила перевод с герундием - Before returning (coming back) to Moscow, they worked in Ore (что ближе к оригиналу, так как в предложении написано "До возвращения", а не "До того как они вернулись)l. Автор первого вопроса предложила перевод, используя сложноподчинённое предложение, что возможно. Но времена употреблены неверно!!! Даже если брать этот вариант, то правильно так: They HAD WORKED in Orel before they returned to Moscow. В первом предложении у автора Past Continuous, а нужен Past Perfect!
