Я бы только со временем немного по-другому сделала:
At 8 o'clock a.m - либо at 8 o'clock (можно добавить in the morning), либо at 8 am,
13.30 = 1:30 pm
22.00 = 10:00 pm.

По последнему предложению лучше такой вариант:
It's the first time in my life the clock above this shop is five minutes late

В итоге должно получиться так:

It's 7 am.
The student is at home.
At 8 a.m. he is at the bus stop.
He is at the lesson by 8.30.
His first lesson is finished at 9.15 am
Student's third lesson is over at 12.45 pm
He has dinner at 1:30 pm
He is in bed at 10.00 pm
The clock in his flat is three minutes fast.
It's the first time in my life the clock above this shop is five minutes late.

It's seven o'clock.
The student is at home.
At 8 o'clock a.m. he is at the bus stop.
He is at the lesson at 8.30.
His first lesson finishes at 9.15
The third student's lesson is over at 12.45
He has dinner at 13.30
He is in bed at 22.00
The clock in his flat is three minutes fast.
