Hello there,
2)She doesn't often go to the cinema.

ps: I have never heard about the word "often" is always placed at the end of sentences. We can put adverbs in different positions in sentences. The three main positions of adverbs in English sentences:
1) Adverb at the beginning of a sentence
Unfortunately, she doesn't go to the cinema.

2) Adverb in the middle of a sentence
She doesn't often go to the cinema.

3) Adverb at the end of a sentence
She doesn't go to the cinema very often.

In English we never put an adverb between the verb and the object.
