2. P&J were not looking out of the window. Were P&J looking out of the window? Who was looking out of the window? P&J were looking out of the window, weren't they? Whom was Paula looking out of the window with?
3. Tim was not reading a book. Was Tim reading a book? Who was reading a book? What was Tim reading? Was Tim reading a book or a magazine? Tim was reading a book, wasn't he?
4.K&B were not writing on the board. Were K&B writing on the board?
5. Sam was not playing football. Was Sam playing football?
6. E&L were not listening to music. Were they listening to music?

1) Anna was not drawing pictures / Was Anna drawing pictures?

2)Paula and Jim were not looking out of the window/ Were Paula and Jim looking out of the window?

3) Tim was not reading a book/ Was Tim reading a book?

4) Kate and Bill were not writing on the board/ Were Kate and Bill writing on the board?

5) Sam was not playing football / Was Sam playing football?

6) Ed and Lis were not listening to music/ Were Ed and Lis listening to music?
