Я на самом примитивным уровне составил, проверьте, пожалуйста.
Hello. My name is Alexey. I am from Russia. I live in Volgograd. I am 18 years old. I study in the Chemistry University.
I don`t married. I live with parents. My mother name Galina. Her is 50 years old. She is housewife. My father name Valeryi. His is 55 years old. He work a driver. I have got a pet. It is a cat. Its is name Tayson. It is 4 years old. We live in a flat. I like run in the evening. I have got many friends. I like go in a cinema.

Вместо "I am not married" лучше поставь "I am single". Остальное грамматически ОК, но действительно как-то примитивно.

А разве можно обращаться к животным как к лицам м.р. ? His name is Tayson. He is 4 years old.
