1) I think when choosing a career it's important to know exactly, what you want to do in the future. It's said if you manage to make a job out of your hobby, you will never work. You will always do want you really enjoy, and what is more you will get money for that. It's important not to follow a fashion as well. For example, if you are talented in linguistics and have a chance to become a professional interpreter, but you follow a modern trend of studying economics, you will make yourself unhappy. The question is: what for? I think it's better to develop your real talents.
2) I think it depends on two things: kind of work and how a person manage to organize his own work day.
3) The world of work becomes more depended on technologies. Nowadays most of jobs demand from a person to be able to work on computer, to know some special programs. Even teaching and medicine demand such skills.
4) There are some jobs that let people perform their duties at home and do not go to the office every day. For example, IT- infrastructure administration. And nowadays there is a special technology called ‘home office’ that allow to organize a virtual office in the internet, so employees can work from home. On the one hand it’s very comfortable, because you needn’t to wake up early, be in a hurry to the office and so on, and for example the head of your company has no need to pay for the office, for electricity. But on the other hand, people become isolated from the collective, from free communication. You will be tired of being at home all day long. So a person should think much before choosing such a job.
5) The biggest problem is money in case a person has no enough savings. The other problem arises when a person stays unemployed too long. This time can be rather depressive. It depends on psychological peculiarities of an individual.
