Vera said that neither did she. She said that in many cases they are a complete mystery. She asked him if he had thought anyone could realize the difference between the articles? Is it possible to learn how to use them? (не изменяющаяся по времени ситуация)

Tolya said that he was not quite sure and their teacher said it is (не изменяющаяся по времени ситуация). They should simply have more grammar drills (к модальным глаголам согласование не применяется).

Vera asked if they would really help while being so boring?
