Ирина Сонина Да, и ещё. В предложении: "She said that her aunt lives in an eighteenth-century house", - можно употребить "lives" (если бабушка живёт там постоянно, и информация актуальна и по сей день) либо "lived" (информация была актуальна в момент речи, а проживает ли бабушка там сейчас, мы не знаем).
