Помогите пожалуйста! Очень нужно написать сочинение по англ. на тему The most risk in the life - is doing nothing.

Сочинение отражает только ваши собственные мысли, но я написала бы вот так (нужно только раскрыть доказательство, там голимые тезисы) :

In order to live free and happily, you must sacrifice boredom. It is not always an easy sacrifice

Many people believe that it's necessary not to risk in order to save your life, that's why they refuse going out when the weather's bad, flying a plane, baling out, talking with strangers and so on. But the most risk in life is doing nothing.
Firstly, you certainly have your life not to do nothing, but to do something new. Doing nothing is the best way to waste the whole life, and it's risky, because you fastly become used to it.
Secondly, doing nothing means that you don't realy live: you nearly don't feel anything and you don't think at all; you'll never be able to try all those opportunities life offers. It's a great risk to die faster than the riskiest person, because of all your life experiences this is a completely useless one.
Thirdly, those who risk usually stay safe, because they don't even think of being hurt and because they probably know much about what they're going to do. And those who don't can easily get hurt when they didn't expect it.
To sum up, it's silly to my mind never to risk. You'll learn nothing, waste your life and get everything you were afraid of in your life. What to choose is up to you, always - challenge and adventure or boredom.
