Выпускная квалификационная работа на тему: Оптимизация оборотного капитала на примере ООО «Техноком» .

Объектом изучения является ООО «Техноком» , г. Самара.
Пояснительная записка дипломной работы содержит три главы. В первой главе рассматриваются теоретические аспекты управления оборотным капиталом. Подробно проанализирована сущность, классификация и структура оборотных средств. Приведены основные модели финансового управления оборотными фондами. Рассмотрены задачи и параметры управления различными элементами оборотного капитала.
Вторая глава посвящена организационно-экономической характеристике ООО «Техноком» . Приведена краткая характеристика рынка ПВХ-конструкций. Произведен анализ финансового состояния организации.
В третьей главе произведена оптимизация оборотного капитала в соответствии с текущими экономическими потребностями организации. Осуществлен расчет эффективности предлагаемых мероприятий.
Объем пояснительной записки составляет 116 листа. Дипломная работа содержит 15 таблиц, 20 рисунков и 5 приложений.
Квалификационная работа представлена к защите в 2009 году.

The object of study is LLC «Technocom», Samara.
Explanatory note of the thesis contains three chapters. The first chapter discusses the theoretical aspects of management of working capital. Reviewed in detail the nature, classification and structure of current assets. The basic model of financial management of revolving funds. We consider the objectives and parameters control various elements of working capital.
The second chapter is devoted to organizational and economic characteristics of LLC «Technocom». A brief description of the market of PVC constructions. An analysis of the financial status of the organization.
The third chapter made optimization of working capital in line with current economic needs of the organization. Carried out the calculation of the effectiveness of the proposed activities.
The volume of the explanatory note is 116 sheets. Thesis contains 15 tables, 20 figures and 5 applications.

The essence, classification and structure of circulating assets is in detail analysed. The basic models of a finance administration are resulted by circulating capitals. Problems and management parametres are considered by various elements of a working capital.
The second chapter is devoted the organizational-economic characteristic of Open Company "ÔÑÕ¡«¬«¼". The short characteristic of the market of PVC-DESIGNS is resulted. The analysis of a financial condition of the organisation is made.
In the third chapter working capital optimisation according to current economic requirements of the organisation is made. Calculation of efficiency of offered actions is carried out.
The volume of an explanatory note makes 116 sheets. Degree work contains 15 tables, 20 drawings and 5 appendices.
