You have not done your work well," said the teacher to me. - The teacher said to me (= The teacher told me) that I hadn't done my work well.
"This man spoke to me on the road,"said the woman. - The woman said that THAT man had spoken to her on the road.
The teacher said to the class:"We shall discuss this subject tomorrow." - The teacher said to the class (The teacher told the class that they would discuss that subject the following day (= the next day).
The woman said to her son:"I am glad iam here." - The woman said to her son (= The woman told her son that she was glad that she was there.
Mike said:"We have bought these books today.' - Mike said that they had bought those books that day.
She said to me:"Now I can read your translation." - She said to me (= She told me that she could read my translation then.
Mike said:"I spoke to Mr. Brown this morning." - Mike said that he had spoken to Mr. Brown that morning.

И чего трудного? Просто ставим глагол прямой речи в ту же форму, что и остального предложения. Помним, что действие в прямой речи закончилось ДО момента рассказа. Т. е. если было Present Perfect в прямой речи, но вторая часть предложения в Past Simple, то в косвенной речи Present Perfecеt Превратится в Past Perfect.

Например,
The teacher said to me that I HAD not done my work well.
The woman said to her son that sha WAS glad she WAS here.
She said to me that she COULD read my tranlation at that moment.

А вот насчет второго предложения - не уверен. Проконсультируйтесь у преподавателя.

the teacher said, that I have not (haven't) done my work well.
и т. д.
