В России система социального обеспечения включает: пенсии; пособия работающим, по временной нетрудоспособности, по беременности и родам, многодетным и одиноким матерям и мало обеспеченным семьям, в которых есть дети; содержание и обслуживание престарелых и инвалидов в специальных учреждениях домах для престарелых и инвалидов, для детей-инвалидов; протезирование; профессиональное обучение и трудоустройство инвалидов; льготы инвалидам и многодетным матерям. Так же социальное обеспечение включает: обеспечение транспортными средствами; организацию труда на специально созданных предприятиях; жилищно-бытовое и коммунальное обслуживание; организацию досуга; помощь на дому. Например для людей живущих в домах для престарелых существуют свои плюсы и минусы: там они чувствуют себя одинокими, брошенными, никому не нужными, кроме социальных работников, но с другой стороны: они посещают концерты, участвуют в различных конкурсах, поддерживают друг друга.

For example for people living in nursing homes has its pluses and minuses: there they feel lonely, abandoned, nobody wants, except for social workers, but on the other hand: they attend concerts, participate in different competitions, supporting each other.

The social care system in Russia includes: pensions; Employment and Support Allowance, Jobseeker's Allowance, Maternity Allowance, benefits for single mothers, benefits for families with children with low income; it includes care and services for the elderly, disabled adult and children with disabilities in care homes; dental treatment; training and employment programme for disabled; benefit relief for disabled and big families. Also social care system includes: help with transportation; creation of more work spaces, residential and utilities services; recreational activities, an assistance at home. For example, people who live in nursing homes have as pluses as minuses: in care homes they can feel lonely, forgotten, unwanted by everybody but social workers. On the other hand they attend concerts; participate various contents, and support each other.
