we ‘ll finish our English textbook soon.
There is a lot of interesting dialogues,texts, new words and beautiful pictures.
The textbook teaches us how to read, to translate and to understand texts.
But I ‘d like to tell you about the8th unit of it.
The title of the 8th unit is "We Have a Lot in Common".
We‘ve got to known a lot about hobbies, English holidays and our pets.
I have learned, that on the 25th of December there is the greatest holiday all over England-Christmas. I ‘ve got to know, that English people celebrate Easter day in April or at the end of March .
Now I know, that "Virgin" is a radio station which plays rock music 24 hours a day.
The story about the puppy which wanted a boy is especially to my liking, because this story is kind and it has a "happy end".
But this unit has also some failures . As for me there aren`t enough new words and grammar rules .
I’d like to advise the author of our textbook to add more pictures and poems to this unit.
