Нормальный ли антивирус avira?или лучше avg?другие пожалуйста не советовать.

Avira получше будет, чем AVG (но если ты из России, то работа, а точнее обновлятся антивирус будет только через VPN. Если что - список хороших и доступных антивирусов в России тут).
По ложным срабатывания, думаю, они примерно одинаковы (не очень часто у обоих антивирусов).

На 10 и 11 они никакие НАКУЙ не нужны. Про все ты явно не знаешь. Смотри:

я лично вообще без антивируса
