Помогите пожалуйста исправить ошибки в тексте по английскому

As the title implies, the text describes abilities and restrictions of computers. At the beginning of the text it is a question of restrictions of electronic cars. That is the author narrates that computers aren't capable to solve independently a problem without specific instructions from human programmers. They are capable to execute only two decisions Yes - No.
Further the author passes to the description of abilities of computers. Which description is concluded in four points. After which, he answers a question: Why computers are so widely used today? As the author answers: almost every big problem can be solved by solving a number of little problems – one after another. I completely will agree with it.
At the end of the text the author again comes back to restrictions of computers. Thereby summing up all told in the text.
