As for me, I worry about what I eat, but sometimes I eat junk food. I think that if you're eating junk food in a small amount, it not cause significant harm to your health. I regulary have breakfast, dinner and supper. Besides I go to the gym. There I am doing different exercises. It makes me strong and healthy. I think that people should not to smoke and skip meals. Being healthy for me is being fit and looking good.
