Теперь астрономы окончательно убедились, что сверхновая, готовясь к появлению на свет, в большинстве случаев оповещает о себе вспышкой. Данные с телескопа "Свифт" были разосланы в наземные обсерватории, сотрудники которых в последующие 17 дней вели наблюдения и в итоге сформировали полную картину происходящего. Астрономы утверждают, что на сей раз звезда имела гораздо меньшую массу, чем, как считалось ранее, необходимо для рождения сверхновой. Сейчас злополучная "небесная бомба" полностью разрушилась и оставила после себя компактный остаток, который специалисты охарактеризовали как "нейтронную звезду".

Moreover, the lucky asronomers managed to photograph the cosmic cataclysm, and now they are willing to show the unique photos to masses. 
The discovery, which scale can hardly be overestimeted, became possible thanks to an American telescope *Svift*, that fixed a short gamma-ray flash in February this year. 
Now astronomers are fully convinced that a supernova, emerging, in most cases reports its apperance with a flash. The data from telescope *Svift* were sent to ground observatories, whose labourers on following 17 days formed the whole picture of what was happening. 
Astronomers maintain that this time the star has a far less mass necessary for a supernova birth than it was thought before. 
Now the ill-starred *sky bomb* is completely destoyed and left a compact remnant, which is characterised by the specialists as a neutron star.
