We all know that the healthier we are, the better we feel. The better we feel, the longer we live. To look well you must follow some simple rules: don’t smoke and take drugs, don’t drink alcohol, eat more vegetables and fruits, sleep well, do exercises.
Sport and health are closely related. Health has several components and sport is one of them. Important are also healthy diet, hasteless and calm lifestyle and positive attitude, of course. Nowadays, there are several ways to keep fit. First is to do regular morning exercises. And the second is way is to attend specialized fitness-centers. They are often combined with swimming-pools or ice-rinks. There are many opportunities for such exercises as yoga, aerobics, karate, belly dancing, body building, weightlifting, and a simple work out in the gym.
The most popular sports in our country are gymnastics, figure skating, football, hockey, skiing, athletics, swimming, tennis, basketball, volleyball and some others.
Sport plays an important part in our life. It helps people become happier. It makes our appearance better and we are getting pleased with ourselves. Sports and keeping fit help us to avoid serious diseases. The health of a person is the main value in the life.
