Question

Have you ever wondered,
that someone is watching you everytime and everywhere? New technology and
advances in methods of observation have raised ethical dilemmas. CCTV
cameras are everywhere, they are in shopping centeres, at ATMs, out side and
inside buildings and even on our roads and motorways. They are operated by the
police and private security companies.

The first thing that needs to be said that CCTV
cameras usually helps in apprehending
criminals, but as for me this cameras always are interferying in our private
life! According to article 23 and 24 Constisution RF, nobody should inerfere in personal life.On the other hand, we can observe that in place where located CCTV
cameras committed fewer crimes and shopliftings.

One cannot possibly accept the fact, that
“big brother” watching you everytime, but in my opinion public safety needs
this cameras.

In conclusion, I can say
that we must ask ourselves whether increased
public safety and convience will come at the cost og our privacy, and whether
or not this is a ptice wa are willing to pay.
