Я считаю что для того чтобы быть здоровым надо:
1)Иметь здоровый сон
Сон – пища для мозга и чтобы чувствовать себя хорошо, вы должны спать хотя бы 8 часов в день. Если этого не делать, то вы будете чувствовать усталость. Когда недосыпание вызвано бессонницей, то усталость может перейти в хроническую усталость.
