Как исправить ошибку? reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key

Всё перепробовал все что было написано в гугле попробовал в биосе поставил всё как надо ну типа чтоб сперва хард там. . все дела. . Извлек все флешки диски внутри покавырялся и нехоя! ПОМОГИТЕ ЧТО ДЕЛАТЬ?

требует что нибудь откуда винду запускать или где искать,
заходил через биос, выбираешь жд и все хорошо
проблема решилась заменой блока питания
