For example, it is impossible to call rendering of free aid by an animal of national park love to people, that is philanthropy, but it is possible to call charity. On the one hand, such investment of means is strategically directed for the public benefit as a whole (preservation of ecological balance), with another – charity helps at all to people, and animals. If so, the difference between philanthropy and charity lies not in concrete forms of action, and is exclusive in the motivation sphere. Though by and large, the help not to specific people and their groups, and the investment of means in the nature, art, a science will reach sooner or later society in the form of improvement of the ecological situation, new opening, works of art etc.
