At the end of assemblies the children are invited to give notices or announcements and usually several give information in turn. They may announce a local or school event, or a fund-raising activity. They simply get up from their now, walk to the front of the hall, make their announcement clearly, go back to their place and sit down again, without fuss or organization from adults. The head teacher saw this practice increasing.

В конце собрания детям предлагают высказать их наблюдения или заявления и обычно они делают это по очереди. Они могут объявлять о школьных мероприятиях или о сборе средств на что-либо. Они просто встают со своих мест и идут в переднюю часть зала, подробно объясняя зачитывают речь, затем возвращаются на места и садятся снова, без суеты и помощи в организации от взрослых. Завуч (?) заметил, что это стало практиковаться чаще.
