В военное время активное вовлечение женщин в производственную деятельность было обусловлено объективными причинами, а именно оттоком мужской рабочей силы с рынка труда. Стремление устроить свою карьеру для современной женщины – дело обычное. Мы хотим показать, одних их самых ярких представительниц прекрасного пола, которые смогли доказать обществу, какими сильными, решительными, умными и целеустремленными могут быть женщины, оставаясь при этом нежными, добрыми и прекрасными.

The echoes of this stereotype felt and still, being a serious obstacle to self-realization and personal growth. Combating gender discrimination began in the last century. In wartime, the active involvement of women in productive activities was caused by objective reasons, namely the outflow of male labour force from the labour market. After this, however, was back to square one, and the woman remained «in the kitchen» until the end of the century. But what is happening at the present time? The desire to arrange his career for the modern woman - 's standard. We want to show, one of the most brilliant representatives of the fair sex, which were able to prove to the society, what are the strong, resolute, smart and purposeful may be women, while being gentle, kind, and beautiful.

We wanted to show all the power of the woman, how she is many-sided and unique. We impressive and inspiring women, today we are talking about. The share of these women had the heavy burden, but in spite of all the obstacles and difficulties in their way, they were able to get up and prove to everyone what a woman standing there. In history, they took place, next to men, not yielding to them. It seems to us, that is equal to them. To achieve their goals, love, create, and most importantly believe in themselves and in their strength.
