При любых настройках графики в игре (низко, средне, высоко, ультра) держится 30 к/с.

Hi, I found this "fix" (if you can call it), is working for me,
I don't know what could happen in your system, but try it and see.
I have better FPS, more stable, running smooth, without too
much freezing and stuttering.
I can play between 40 and 60 fps, and it doesn't go below 40s.
I have all graphics settings maxed up, on "Ultra" preset.

My computer:
I7 4790k (not overclocked)
16 gb RAM
GTX 1080 8gb

(Probably becasue of this I have better frames,
but you try it, maybe it works if you have a mid or low range
system, I'm not saying my system is "top-notch", but it handle
latest games very well)

Then:
1. Open Nvidia Inspector, find the Wildlands profile,
in "sync and refresh" activate triple buffering and
force vsync on, maybe you can put, maximum pre-rendered
frames to "1", I haven't tried this one yet.
2. Start the game, in video menu change into "borderless window"
3. Turn vsync off ingame, and limit frames to your monitor refresh rate. (mine is 60)
4. Adjust your graphics settings to your liking, and according
to your system."

Это называется фпс порог для игры или просто оптимизировать не решили а вось и так сгодиться. Прямо как фолыч 76

Честно не знаю, но я предполагаю что там стоит ФпсЛок.
