у меня на материнке 8+2 на передней панели usb разъемов ,как мне узнать какой из них 2.0 ,а какой 1.1

А что за мат плата? Если есть USB2, значит нет 1.1 - какой смысл в нем тогда?

они все USB2, просто USB2 совместим с предыдущей версией
