Смотря что. Кроме платёжных реквизитов (и номера телефона/паспорта и пр.) там ничего твоего нет. Остальное - их собственность. Могут, разумеется.

А ты личных данных не прописывай. Если требуют подтверждение ЛД копиями документов, беги от них как можно дальше.

В соглашении об этом написано. Да, имеют право:
