Английский, помогите, пожалуйста

Привет) Вот надо бы мне проверить текст на ошибки. Нужно написать о
памятном событии, я написала про котёнка. Ошибок-то много найдёте, наверное...;) Ставлю 40. Только полностью, пожалуйста, а не так, просто сказав: " Ну вон в той - то фразе и в той-то ошибки " Ок? Ответьте на вопрос: Нужно ли писать в письме приветствие типа "Меня зовут Юля" и т. д?

Hello, I would like to tell you a small story.
It happened, if I remember righly, 12 October in 2012, when I was 10 ten years old.
As once, I went home from school. Suddenly, I saw a small kitten next me. He had green eyes, gray fur and looked miserable. I strocked him, ran home that(чтобы) take some food for kitty and came back. He was there and waited for me. I called him Senya.
I wanted take him with me, but didn't can, because I have one cat. For all that, I came to Senya every day. One day I said my mum about kitten. She agreed to left him witn us.
Senya is living with us for two years now. He likes sleep on my armchair and plays with Marsik. By the way, he and Marsik made friends. Our family love Senya!

Hello, I would like to tell you a short story.

Once I was going home from school. Suddenly, I saw a small kitten next me. He had green eyes, gray fur and looked miserable. I strocked him, ran home in order to take some food for the kitty, and came back. He was there and waited for me. I called him Senya.
I wanted to take him with me, but couldn't because I had already a cat. So, I came to Senya every day. One day I said my mum about the kitten. She agreed to keep him witn us.
Senya has been living with us for two years now. He likes sleeping on my armchair and plays with Marsik. By the way, he and Marsik made friends. Our family loves Senya!

Согласна, у Ал-дра Аленицына текст не идеальный, но лучше, чем было. Не понятно только, почему котенок - He. В английском животные, как и неодушевленные предметы, обозначаются местоимением It Замените he, him на it, its и получите более английский текст.

Игорь Райлян Местоимение "Не" можно использовать и как " It", не спорю. Но, мо-моему, "Не" больше подходит, так как "It" используется, если пол безразличен для говорящего, а тут он нужен. Он же Сеня, а не Муся. И да, более английского или менее английского текстов не существует)
