It’s really nice to hear from you again! I knew that you would get into the basketball team. It was your first time and not only are you in the team, but you’re the Captain!!! I knew all those hours of training would pay off.

I finally have holidays and I just came back “bout a week ago. I heard you”re studying bio-technology at the University of Waikato now. Where is that? Have you ever heard of Pennsylvania? Well that’s where I was before I came back, at La Roche high school.

Anyway, this is the first time I’ve heard from you after we both left college a little more than a year ago, so let’s meet up somewhere. How about at that new fast food joint…Hungry Jacks, round the corner of Bank’s street? At “bout 7 o”clock or something. We could grab something to eat there and then meet up with Jackson or Louise and catch a movie. Any idea on what movie you wanna see? I have no idea of what’s showing right now.

After the movie we could go round to Mattie’s place, or go out and play a game of pool. Yeah! I bet I could ace you in pool now, been having lots of practice while you’ve been concentrating on your basketball trials. So, how “bout it. 7 o”clock tomorrow at Hungry Jacks, ok?
