2.The key problem which I encountered at my previous job was to draw up a contract in a foreign language as I didn't know the language well enough. To solve the problem I took on a foreign language course.
3. The brightest idea that I suggested last month involved (dealt with) introduction of new technologies in order to improve the quality of work.
4. I believe I don't have any shortcomings, I am very responsible and hardworking.
5. I don't think I am too young for this job. I have sufficient experience in this field and I am sure I'll manage. I'll do my best lest I should let you down. (lest - отрицательный союз = чтобы НЕ)
6. In future I would like to devote myself to the job and I would also wish to work for your company and do my utmost to improve the company image.

2) My worst problem on former work contract drawing up on a foreign language which I was insufficiently good knew. For the decision of this problem I have gone on special foreign language courses
