Moses or Noah?
These were two different characters. Noah was much earlier than Moses.
In English it sounds TWO AND TWO OF ALL FLESH, каждой твари по паре.
And according to the old testament there was only one creature missing on the ark, may-bug which made it non-cosher.

Note; Seven is an odd number and cannot be a pair. There will one odd animal left behind with no pair.

More than likely these were used for sacrifice after the ark landed on dry ground, as at this point mankind had not been given permission to eat meat.
