Я исправила некоторые ошибки, но думаю, их значительно больше и я не "панацея". Надеюсь вам еще кто-нибудь поможет.
I study at the Marytime academy. I am an engineer. My father gave me his ship.
Ship's name is Queen Marina.
I went to the world tour.
I took a lot of foods, water, beers and a parrot.
Also I took some spare parts and tools.
I had filled the full fuel tank before I went to the sea. Traveling would be long time.
Every night I let go the anchor and then I went to bed.
Before I went to bed I drink 2 bottles of beer.
In the morning I got up and heaved in the anchor chain, started the engine and went.
I have already drunk a half beer and eaten almost all meat.
Every day I sat in the bridge (не думаю, что это слово подходит к "мостику" на корабле, нужно посмотреть словарь морских терминов) and drove my ship.
My parrot was flying around of bridge.

The weather today is good. I have just opened bottles of beer and I am going to drink it.
Then I will take the second bottle. Beer will run out soon, so I must go to the port.
But the engine has just broken suddenly. I was reparing it all day.
(в этих трех предложениях времена, на мой взгляд, не согласованы)

The next moning I will go to the port.
In the port I again bought a lot of beer and meat and fill the fuel tank.
Tnen I will wake up and I understood that it was a dream.
