Вот пример небольшого эссе. Я написал с расчетом на средний уровень ученика. Можешь взять за основу и упростить то, что не сможешь объяснить учителю, или добавить что-то посложнее от тебя. Я не вижу требований задания и не знаю, какие слова вы проходили в разделе job/work vocabulary - тут уже доделай сам. Здесь есть phrasal verbs + idioms + более менее устойчивые формы, но рекомендую проверить, что они означают перед тем, как что-либо сдавать.

I would be happy to take on a job that gives a lot of opportunities for communication. That is why being a teacher would suit me to a T. I also like to help my classmates understand the material we are studying, and I hope I can carry my interest in teaching others over into my future career. I would probably dislike working a job that gives me no options to show my creativity. I would not want to be a cab driver or a construction worker. These jobs seem tedious and, although being a teacher can be stressful sometimes, I think that because of my interest I will get the hang of it fast. Being a doctor is another job that I might like, but it takes a lot of time and determination to get the education level necessary to become a doctor. I also would not mind to be a scientist but the field of science seems very broad and I am not sure what is the most fun part of it to focus on.
