Я бы перевел тока у меня этой проги нема

Perfect - это не время, а вид!; -) Так как никакие проги мне для перевода не нужны, перевожу... НО вам бы лучше последовать совету Helen;-)

если я не ошибаюсь, статья была переведена без ошибок до конца занятия - If I'm not mistaken, the article had been translated by the end of the class (lesson).
когда я вернусь, все вещи уже будут упакованы - When I come back (return), all the stuff (things) will have already been packed.
Это сочинение было написано до того как вы сделали доклад? - Had this composition been written before you made a report?
до того как он прийдет, почту уже получат. - The correspondence (mail, post) will have been received, before he comes.

Я то могу все это перевести, но так Вы, молодой человек английский не выучите. Лучше бы попробовали сами и выложили свой вариант для проверки ошибок.
