Ставлю Александру двойку, потому как после прошедшего времени (were) не может идти настоящее (have fallen, have woken up...-PRESENT Perfect!!! А уж путать в одном предложении настоящее с прошедшим - полный беспредел! Я понимаю, что "мы все учились понемногу: чему-нибудь и как-нибудь... ", НО не до такой же степени!; -)
Посему, НЕ перевожу, а исправляю ЕГО ошибки; -)
You were with me at THE falls, we WERE ADMIRING THE sunset, I FELL asleep IN (WITHIN) your hands, and when I WOKE up you weren't next to me, and then I understood (REALIZED) that it was a dream.

You were with me at falls, we admired a sunset, I have fallen asleep on your hands and when I've woken up you weren't next to me and then I have understood that it was a dream.

You were with me at the waterfall, we were admiring (the view of) the sundown, I fell asleep in your arms, but when I wake up you didn’t appear to be nearby and then I got it had been a dream.

You were there with me beside the waterfall, we were admiring the sunset, I fall asleep in your arms. But when I woke up you disapeared and then I realised that you'd appeared in my dream.
