For an estimation of intensity of structural shifts in the prices we used an indicator of an average quadratic deviation: where Pit - a price index in i-й industries in corresponding year t, fit - a share i-й industries in corresponding year t, Pt - a generalising price index in the industry in a year t. The received results of calculations on years are presented to tab. 3 where they are correlated with the general price index in the industry. Apparently from tab. 3, the greatest change of the prices of manufacturers took place in 2000 and 2004, the same years were observed essential shifts in the relative prices. The factor of correlation of a price index of the industry and an indicator of change of their structure in the considered period has made 0,71. It testifies about enough close connection of studied indicators. At the same time calculations earlier carried out by us for 1992-1999 Showed that during this period this factor was much above and equaled 0,97, and such close connection is received basically at the expense of the period of a high rise in prices: 1992 - 1993 and the epicritic period: the second half of the year 1998 - 1999 At the same time during stabler period, 1995 - 1997, it made only 0,552. This results from the fact that in process of decrease in rates of inflation - in particular, and country approach to the developed market economy - in general, the share of not monetary structural factors of inflation is reduced, while the monetary component amplifies. Therefore the western economists insisting on the monetary nature of inflation, are much more right, so far as concerns the developed market economy than when they try to apply the same approaches to the analysis of developing systems.
