Какой ВУЗ закончить, чтобы устроиться в Intel или AMD???

Вуз не важен (нужно направление информационные технологии или другое) , важны знания, которые у тебя есть и нужны ли они им. Ну например компания intel, разберем.

http://www.intel.com - главный сайт компании. Идем в "О корпорации", работа в интел. Там есть вакансии по направлениям, открываем нужную и смотрим.
Жмем all jobs и вот вакансии и требования к ним.

Например (как видно нужно много знаний и большой опыт работы, ну и английский конечно) :

Соответственно сам смотри какие нужны там знания и где ты их можешь получить. Лучше вообще закончить докторантуру и работать на хорошей фирме для начала, и вуз тут не главное (такие знания вам там не дадут, их нужно самому получать) . =)

В российских отделениях... набирают лишь ХАКЕРов.... уже сумевших чего -нибудь накосячить....

Им всеравно что ты закончил по большому счету, Тусур неплохих специалистов готовил, в основном смотрят на знания а не на оценки и где учился!

К стати, Бил Гейтс, диплом получил не за учебу в ВУЗе ...Я полагаю, что это правильно. ..Не правильно брать на работу, что у Вас диплом " ..." Университета!
