Я в Линукс пингую просто:

у меня 45 мс. Казахстан, провайдер казахтелеком, пинг эталонный через speedtest 26 мс, скорость получения 8,11 мбит. с. , отдача 0,73 мбит. с

Если хочешь знать свой конкретно ping, зайди пуск, выполнить..., напиши в строке cmd, в появившемся окне напиши ping goolge.ru.
Там тебе в миллисекундах выдаст твой пинг.
