I'm dying to see you а это до смерти тебя хочу увидеть, т. е. в прямом смысле глазами.

а можно еще и вот так сказать: To death I wish to meet, meet you

мне кажется, что "до смерти" лучше убрать. . носители языка не поймут смысл фразы..
